We paint each order as they come to us, and they are all made and painted in our Louisville workshop. We use a low-VOC acrylic paint that will last forever. The finishes are furniture grade and applied with spray lines to achieve a professional finish. All of our wooden letters are hand made so that they get the care and attention that they deserve.
Letter Sizes
We make our wooden letters by the order. So, each letter is hand-made in our custom shop. This allows us to do custom shapes, signs and lettering along with offering a standard selection of products. We have found that most people want a 1/2" thick letter. So, almost all of our standard offering of shapes and letters are in 1/2" thick material. As far as heights and widths, we can make letters that are from about 6 inches in height all the way up to 10 feet in height, and widths up to 5 feet. These are obviously jumbo wooden letters and work great for commercial applications.
